Providing alternatives to using the personal car for citizens is essential to reducing pollution and one of the City’s long-term ambitions. By modernizing the current transport (introducing electrical buses, modernizing bicycle routes), the CO2 emissions shall decrease by 7,135.21 equivalent tons of CO2/year in 2024, and by 9,063.78 in 2028.                                
Since the necessary infrastructure and charging stations shall be based on the initial 10 buses to be operational by the end of 2023, additional buses should operate on the same technology (in this case, BE).
