Helsinki aims to be 100% zero emission by 2035. Transition via new contracts. Potential to achieve goal between 2030-2035. The deployment is done via new contracts, partly by requirements for ZE buses and partly market driven. So far all the new buses have been offered BE, with or without requirements.
