  • ZETI-Zero-Emission Technology Inventory

    The Zero-Emission Technology Inventory (ZETI) tool is an interactive online resource to establish a current and shared knowledge base for worldwide commercially available offerings of zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles (MHDVs). The tool aims to provide fleets and governments with comprehensive information including regions where zero-emission brands are available for purchase, and the timeline over which additional models are expected to become available. Commercial availability is defined as availability for immediate production based on placed orders.
  • CBEP Webinar 2 December 2021 - Clean Bus Procurement; An example from the Netherlands

    This webinar provided an overview of the procurement process, models and players, and deep dive into the Case of the Netherlands procurement model for clean buses. The speakers invited were Maarten Post, Manager Electric Public Transport at Provincie Noord-Brabant (PTA) and Bart Kraaijvanger, Manager Zero Emission Program Transdev Group (PTO).

    and policies of different European cities about end-of- life practice on 12-metre diesel city buses with the help of UITP members and organisations.

    SORT (Standardised On-Road Test cycles) aims to provide the bus sector with a standardised means of comparing the energy consumption of different buses. The addendum for e-buses has the aim to measure the traction energy consumption and to obtain information on the Zero Emissions range of a bus.

    The UITP bus fleet renewal checklist is a new decision support tool for bus operators, municipalities and authorities who are in the process of bus fleet renewal. The checklist includes two complementary parts: a flowchart, displaying the steps for fleet renewal in a visual way, and the checklist, identifying the key aspects of fleet renewal looking at 4 pillars.
  • Bus Tender Structure Report 2020 & Annex IV Environmental Pollutant calculator

    The 2020 UITP Bus Tender Structure Report 3.1 (TSD 3.1) replaces the previous 2018 edition. First published in 2005, the report has become an important reference document serving as a decision support tool for the entire bus sector on the tendering of electric buses. Also includes the Annex IV Environmental Pollutant calculator for pollutants, CO2 and energy consumption.
